Practice 2 was red flagged due to a loose cable on the start/finish
straight. Daniel Ricciardo was on a flying lap, which he aborted and
returned to the pits. According to that useless twat Whiting, Ricciardo
drove too slowly and has been given a 3 place grid penalty.

Too fucking slow after a red flag, yet nothing was done when Verstappen
drove all over the circuit at walking speed at the US GP.

Few of the drivers hang out with them either, with one exception. In
fact, they don't hang around with each other.

Too fucking slow after a red flag,
"The stewards reviewed the data and video and found that Ricciardo did
in fact fail to stay above the minimum time set by the FIA ECU in the
penultimate and final mini marshalling sectors," read the report.

"fail to stay above the minimum time" != "too slow"

“The Stewards thoroughly reviewed the breach and found that the driver
slowed significantly, such that no danger was created, and that the
driver proceeded with due care.”

Kimi forces Bottas off the track, because he couldn't see him. But
that's okay.

No. He was done for not going slowly enough.

He was speeding, just, under red flag conditions. The stewards (Whiting is not one of them) gave him credit for clearly trying to keep his speed down, but rules are rules, and if they let Ricciardo off here, they'd be expected to let somebody else off at some other time.
