can't be seen so since last Friday he's been re-fitting his wheel (after
getting out) very quickly and shielding it with his body.

I doubt it's anything illegal. He's not going to be able to remove or change the wheel for scrutineering.

It is something that offers him some sort of advantage, some way of controlling something a bit better.

He's not hiding it from Raikkonen either, he might decline to show it to him, but the mechanics and the engineers and the design staff will know that there's an extra control even if the guys who change the tyres don't know exactly what it does.

Well, there's a week to go to Baku. The media need something to talk about.

I owe you an apology for my first snarky response, I really thought
this was totally fake. Your header would have been better served if it
said "Seb cheating?". The question mark makes a difference. But again,
I apologize....and it is interesting indeed.
