Dave Redding is leaving McLaren for Williams. This means other folks move up or take on additional duties.

Paul James takes on most of Redding's duties
Andrea Stella takes on the sporting/FIA liaison role that Redding performed
Kari Lammenranta gets James's job

Redding has been at McLaren for 17 years. IIRC He was at Benetton during the Schumacher era.

Jost Capito, a Ron Dennis appointment, has also left:

Yes. He wasn't there long. But Boullier was also a Dennis appointment and is retained.

Anyway, McLaren is no longer Ron's team.

Which is maybe why Capito left?

Or was made to walk the plank, or whatever happened. You'd have thought that he and Dennis would have had a chat about how the team might get back to the top, what that might take and etc.
